Jazzy Afternoon – The Sky is crying

Gary BB Coleman (1 ianuarie 1947 – 14 februarie 1994) a fost un chitarist, cântăreț, compozitor și producător de înregistrări, faimos pentru ceea ce se numește, ca stil,  american soul blues. Coleman i-a recunoscut pe BB King –  „BB” și pe colegul său texan, Freddie King , drept sursele sale de inspirație.

Soul blues este un stil de muzică blues dezvoltat la sfârșitul anilor 1960 și începutul anilor 1970, care combină elemente din muzica soul și muzica contemporană urbană. E un stil performat de cântăreți și muzicieni care au crescut ascultând bluesul electric tradițional al artiștilor precum Muddy Waters , Jimmy Reed și Elmore James,  Sam Cooke , Ray Charles și Otis Redding.
